Many overweight people do these mistakes during
their fat loss journey. But firstly its important
to know that who comes under overweight category.
when males fat percentage is more than 25 and female
fat percentage is more than 30 then they are known as
overweight individuals. There are many ways to measure
body fat though this is out of this topic but we will
explain you in brief. Using a measuring tape, we can
measure our body circumference or we can measure body
fat using skinfold test calliper which is easily
available in the market. There is another way to measure
body fat, we can get body fat measuring machine from online
which is available under INR 2000-10000.we will provide
you the link at the end of this article. If you want more

Let us now know more in detail related to mistakes made by an overweight person.
TOO MUCH CRUNCHES
Many people believe in spot reduction but this does not even exists, even if spot reduction happens then it is so negligible then we are not able to notice. If we exercise more and eat less calories than we require then we will get results. We never know from which body part our body fat will decrease these are not in our hands. If we do only crunches and no other exercise then we will get results in very lesser
amount because if we do not burn overall body fat then we will not get the results. Exercise selection plays major role in fat loss journey. Only crunches does not burn much calories as compared to squats or weight lifting. Compounded exercises are more effective which means that multiple muscles are involved
in this kind of exercise. If we do bench press then at that
time our shoulders, arms, chest all these muscles are involved,
by this we burn much more calories.
CRASH DIET
Many overweight people go for crash diets because of travelling or marriage purpose to reduce fat in much lesser time but this is not a good option. Many people go for nut diet, intermittent diet, juice diet so as to reduce 20-25kgs in much faster way. This is not a good idea because this will lead to muscle loss and
drastic change in the diet which will lead to deficiency in nutrients no proper brain function. This gives us many reasons for not going for crash diets. Muscle building is not only for bodybuilder but they are also beneficial for everyone. We should choose a diet plan which will give benefits for long term. If you are unaware of a diet plan then you may go and watch a video on diet plan. Link will be provided at end of this article.
TOO MUCH OF CARDIO
During transformation journey people rely more on cardio. Though there is nothing bad in it but only cardio and no weight training is a very big mistake because during cardio we are loosing body fat and muscles. On the other side weight training gives stimulus because when when we eat less food and do weight training at the same time then the body
burns fat and gains muscles. If we want toned body then this is the best thing we can do. High body weight will also look toned.
LACK OF PLAN
If you want to loose weight then do it by planning either by taking help from a professional or study on fitness and execute it.
By proper planning we are able to attain our fitness goals. If you want a customized diet plan according to your lifestyle, taste
preference then without planning it is impossible to attain your goals. Taking a random diet plan from internet will only give us negative effects. So for better results we must
either take help a professional or learn about fitness.
