NUMBER 10-PANEER(INR 2.8/gram)
Paneer which is made from milk contains casein protein in high amount and it also contains high amount of calcium .Casein protein keeps our stomach full for longer period by this, body gets protein for longer period. If we calculate, we get to know that 200gm costs Rs 70 which contains 28gm protein. So 1gm protein costs Rs 2.8. 100gm protein contains 14gm protein which gives 280 calories and it contains high amount of fats.

Not only sattu contains protein but it also includes potassium and iron which is very beneficial for our body. 100gm sattu costs Rs 15 and contains 23g of protein.

One thing must be kept in mind that some are more in amino acids and some are less in amino acids but if 2 or more lentils are mixed with each other then we can overcome from this problem.
