We all know that water is very essential part of our life. Our body contains more than 60% of water. In fact, water is present in every cell of our body. Water also help to move food in the gut. They also help in transportation of nutrients and absorption. water is also important for mental and physical performance. It also maintains the body temperature. Water not only helps in all these but it also helps in other ways.

SEVEN SIMPLE TESTS WE CAN PERFORM TO KNOW WHETHER WE ARE DRINKING AMPLE AMOUNT OF WATER OR NOT

1.IF YOUR URINE TEST FAILS- According to institute of diabetes and digestive and kidney disease urine normal colour must be pale yellow but if your urine colour is dark yellow then definetly you are drinking less amount of water.

2. YOU ARE FEELING LAZY AND TIRED- If you have slept for 8 hours and still feeling sleepy then you are dehydrated. According to British Journal of nutrition , mild dehydration can lead to laziness and tierdness. But as soon as you drink water you will feel active.

3. YOU ARE FEELING VERY HUNGRY- We sometimes misinterpret the difference between hunger and thirst and we think that we are hungry. In this condition you must drink 2-3 glasses of water and then analysis whether you are again feeling hungry or not.

4. YOU GET FREQUENT HEADACHES-Due to too much of work pressure when you are not able to intake much amount of water. To avoid this try to increase your water intake.
